Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & DeliveryOversee the comprehensive development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with commercial objectives and adviser requirements.Manage the annual platform campaigns calendar, partnering closely with Sales and Product teams to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives throughout the year.Convert business goals such as flows, retention, and platform growth into specific, quantifiable marketing actions with established success metrics.Develop business cases for campaign investments, including contribution modeling and anticipated ROI.Messaging & Content DevelopmentCraft clear and compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for advisers, paraplanners, and clients, clarifying the significance and value of AJ Bell’s platforms.Utilize behavioral science principles to shape messaging that influences decision-making, reducing friction and positively framing benefits for advisers and their clients.Collaborate with technical experts, marketing colleagues, and sales and product teams to ensure messaging is accurate and relevant.Simplify complex product, tax, and regulatory concepts into persuasive narratives.Maintain the core platform narrative and value architecture, ensuring consistency and clarity across all adviser-facing communications.Establish and uphold AJ Bell’s competitive positioning within the adviser platform market.

You will take charge of the platform marketing strategy across Investcentre, Touch, and Custody Solutions, refining their positioning and messaging to resonate with advisers and paraplanners.
Your primary objective will be to create and implement impactful marketing strategies that effectively influence adviser behavior and drive measurable outcomes, including flows, retention, and overall platform growth.
You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives are directly linked to net flows and revenue generation across adviser firms.
This role sits at the core of our advised business, merging platform knowledge, commercial acumen, and cutting-edge marketing practices. Collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams, you will devise campaigns that capture advisers’ attention and prompt action.
