Join the dynamic CoolSculpting Sales Team at Allergan Aesthetics, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance through innovative marketing strategies and successful program execution. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Management Manager to ensure effectiveness in driving the CoolSculpting product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships within the designated territory, facilitating seamless integration of CoolSculpting® marketing initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas in your assigned territory by effectively penetrating the market, identifying accounts, and expanding the customer base for the company’s consumables.
- Meet annual sales targets for device quantities and revenue, focusing on both existing and newly listed customers.
- Deliver training sessions, presentations, and demonstrations (non-patient) to customers, ensuring they are well-educated on the safe and effective use of our products.
- Provide comprehensive education on product indications, contraindications, and safety to customers.
- Support the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within your territory, including participation in CSE events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand activities and collect valuable customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights for strategic planning.
