In this pivotal role, you'll delve into our clients' unique challenges and tailor Pure Storage solutions to effectively address their specific requirements. By collaborating closely with our sales team, you will serve as a technical expert throughout the sales process, demonstrating the exceptional value of our offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Acquire a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses and what influences their decision-making.
- Link technology solutions, including the Pure Storage portfolio and other ecosystem products, to quantifiable customer business results.
- Work closely with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to foster a seamless customer experience and strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and acquiring new business.
- Impress customers and colleagues with your technical acumen and expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive offerings in the DAS, NAS, and SAN sectors.
- Manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations effectively.
- Create and deliver engaging technical presentations on product and architecture to secure technical wins with clients and prospective accounts.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions to enhance their growth and capacity.
- Identify and promote new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation.
- Encourage collaborative roadmap discussions and planning exchanges.
- Collaborate with product and technical marketing to develop supporting materials, such as whitepapers and web presentations, that align with our overall alliance goals.
- Stay informed about competitors and emerging trends.
