Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Senior Process Associate to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is pivotal in enhancing our Knowledge Management initiatives, facilitating PMO activities, and driving the 8D problem-solving methodology. You will collaborate across various teams, manage documentation, handle claims, and conduct structured training sessions to elevate our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge Management & Training
- Organize and deliver training sessions focused on quality processes, tools, and internal standards.
- Develop, maintain, and refresh training materials and knowledge archives.
- Champion continuous improvement through effective knowledge sharing practices.
- Monitor training outcomes and uphold accurate training records.
2. PMO Support
- Offer administrative and coordination assistance to the Project Management Office.
- Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Generate project status reports and visual dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and version control.
3. 8D Process & Documentation
- Assist teams in the initiation and completion of 8D reports.
- Ensure thorough documentation of problem statements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Track closure timelines and follow up on action items effectively.
- Manage a centralized repository for 8D documentation.
4. Claims Management
- Support the handling and tracking of customer claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of claim statuses and ensure timely resolutions.
- Prepare summary reports and trend analyses related to claims.
5. Project Coordination
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling of meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Promote effective communication across project teams.
