Responsibilities:Implement standard operating procedures to assemble, inspect, and test packaged ion traps, maintaining a quality-first approach.Collaborate closely with process and manufacturing engineers to provide insights for continual improvement of standard operating procedures.Assist with routine cleanroom operations, including 5S activities and inventory management of consumables.Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related fields.Proficient in handling and assembling delicate electrical and optical components.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, as well as cross-functionally.Detail-oriented with proven fine motor skills, such as experience reworking microelectronic devices (e.g., wirebond or soldering rework).Familiarity with hand tools and capability to perform minor lab repairs.Ability to interpret and execute from blueprints, technical specifications, and operating procedures.Capacity to engage in moderately strenuous and repetitive tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with computer applications, including Google Software Suite (Sheets, Slides) and/or MS Office.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification.5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
