Role Overview
We are looking for several experienced Senior Product and Delivery Managers with a minimum of 7 years in the field. These positions are term-limited, with duration dependent on project requirements and availability.
The ideal candidate excels at navigating complex challenges by leading cross-functional teams, driving decision-making processes, and delivering valuable products and services. Successful Product and Delivery Managers at Bloom are adept at setting a clear vision, employing an iterative development approach, and ensuring effective project delivery, all while maintaining strong communication with team members and stakeholders. Typically, each manager will concentrate on a single project, enabling them to fully support that client and their team.

Product Strategy and Thinking
- Convert project contracts into actionable scopes of work for execution by teams.
- Identify and prioritize problems to be addressed, adapting swiftly to shifting contexts.
- Establish common definitions of success and outcomes, even as conditions evolve.
- Guide teams in understanding how people, processes, and technology can collaboratively achieve project goals and provide tangible value.
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decision-making.
Iterative Delivery Approach
- Ensure that tasks and milestones deliver value to users while meeting client and contractual requirements.
- Employ agile methodologies to foster momentum, demonstrate progress, and facilitate continuous learning.
- Create clarity, accountability, and structure to enable team delivery.
- Build trust within the team, ensuring clarity around roles, expectations, and deadlines.
- Set realistic expectations and take responsibility for the quality of project outputs.
Team Leadership
- Unite diverse experiences and cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
