Sentric Music Publishing is on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our expanding team. Your mission will be to create products that resonate with users and enhance their experiences.
The Senior Product Designer will spearhead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, aligning with Sentric's goal of providing publishing tools that streamline the publishing journey for creators, artists, and administrators.
In collaboration with our dedicated team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Insights Analysts, you will develop innovative tools and products that support a wide array of services, including client onboarding, work registrations, royalties and accounting, sync, and more. You will also work closely with both internal operational teams and external client stakeholders to ensure our product solutions address the needs of our clients and the business effectively.
We are seeking individuals who exhibit a strong alignment with the desired attributes outlined and possess a portfolio that showcases the essential skills required for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process for complex data management products, from ideation through to implementation.
- Design System Strategy: Establish, define, and oversee a comprehensive design system and design strategy for our products.
- User Research: Collaborate with the Product team during the Discovery phase, conducting client interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Take ownership of the UX and UI design structure of our products, including site maps and user flows, to ensure intuitive navigation.
- Usability Testing: Identify usability issues, gather feedback from clients and stakeholders, and iterate on feature sets to enhance user experience.
- Client Journey Mapping: Partner with our Client Operations team to create and maintain detailed user personas representing our diverse client base, along with user journey maps that highlight their experiences and challenges.
