The Consumer Experience (CX) team at StubHub is charged with enhancing the entire product journey for fans as they discover, purchase, and sell tickets for their favorite live events across both web and mobile platforms.
As the Senior Product Designer for Consumer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in evolving core user flows, pioneering innovative strategies, and establishing a vision for how millions engage with StubHub daily. Collaborating closely with product and engineering leaders, you will help define key priorities, transform strategic ideas into outstanding user experiences, and elevate our design standards. Beyond your design contributions, you will be integral in nurturing our design culture by advocating for user-centered design principles, exemplifying design excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our team to excel.
