What’s the Opportunity?
As a Senior Product Engineer at Intercom, you will leverage your technical expertise to tackle real-world customer challenges. You will be integrated into one of our dynamic product teams, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to develop both back-end and front-end systems.
Your role will involve addressing the exciting challenges of scaling our platform, where your skills will be key in enhancing various aspects, including the messenger composer, rule matching, deliverability, security, app availability, and machine learning, among others.
What Will I Be Doing?
As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating technical plans and contributing to the architecture of our products as we scale to accommodate millions of users daily.
- Writing Ruby code that integrates various AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies forming the backbone of Intercom’s back-end.
- Deploying changes to production seamlessly and ensuring high performance and reliability.
