Join Hopper Technology Solutions as a dynamic and technically adept Senior Product Manager to spearhead our AI & Commerce Foundations Team. In this innovative greenfield position, you will establish our AI strategy for our B2B e-commerce platform. You will oversee core platform components such as authentication, APIs, and partner tools, while exploring how Large Language Models (LLMs) can enhance partner value.
As the Commerce Foundations Product Manager, you will navigate the crossroads of platform architecture, AI model integration, and external partner value creation. Your role will involve integrating our travel data, AI models, and partner-facing products. You embody a "smart creative," capable of engaging in technical discussions with engineers while maintaining a focus on partner-centric challenges.
A strong communicator, you thrive in fast-paced environments and leverage data and competitive analysis to identify opportunities where AI can set our platform apart.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Platform Architecture: Take charge of architectural decisions related to authentication, APIs, loyalty, and payment systems.
Enhance Partner Success: Deliver features that streamline partner integration from weeks to days.
Dual-Impact Strategy: Develop solutions for both internal teams (Flights, Cars, Checkout) and external B2B partners, constantly balancing their needs.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with senior engineers to prioritize AI/ML capabilities into a strategic roadmap.
Zero-to-One Execution: Manage the entire product lifecycle: identify opportunities, define MVPs, launch, and iterate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, data scientists, and partner success teams to deliver AI features that address partner needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience designing APIs and SDKs, with an understanding of what makes them user-friendly.
Ability to challenge technical assumptions while prioritizing delivery over perfect architecture.
Strong systems thinking, with an understanding of how authentication, APIs, and payment systems interrelate.
Experience building and launching at least one product from scratch, ideally in the B2B or platform domain.
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, particularly in tech-driven environments.
