Your Mission
At Bitso, we are building a groundbreaking financial platform in Latin America that empowers individuals to save, invest, trade, and grow their wealth through a modern array of financial products, encompassing both crypto and traditional assets.
As a Senior Product Manager for Core Experience, you will be at the forefront of our app's core functionalities—crafting experiences that transform new users into engaged and loyal customers within our financial ecosystem.
You will spearhead the strategy and execution of the product lifecycle within the app, focusing on user activation, cross-selling, product upgrades, customer retention, rewards, and enhancing loyalty experiences. Your goal will be to ensure that Bitso is not only user-friendly from the start but also increasingly beneficial as customers continue their journey with us.
This role blends product strategy, behavioral design, and growth, shaping experiences that assist millions in discovering, adopting, and engaging with Bitso’s expanding suite of financial products.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to outline the roadmap for the Bitso app and create reliable experiences for customers to manage, move, and grow their finances.
