Our Mission
Frontera is committed to bridging the care gap: we believe that every child, regardless of their location, should have access to effective behavioral healthcare.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product strategy and execution for our Direct-to-Parent (D2P) application – a user-friendly tool designed to assist families in navigating the often complex and overwhelming journey of autism care.
This role demands a focus on outcomes driven by user needs. We seek an individual who possesses strong product judgment, keen user research skills, and an awareness of growth opportunities, coupled with the ability to deliver impactful solutions in uncertain environments.
You will oversee intricate product initiatives related to user experience, engagement, activation, and retention, operating at the nexus of AI-driven guidance, behavioral health resources, and caregiver support systems. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Growth/Marketing teams, you will develop trustworthy and engaging experiences for families.
This position is perfect for someone who excels in user discovery, shaping product vision, and executing plans—creating clarity and momentum in situations that may initially appear ambiguous.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of outcomes for the D2P product experience, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, and user trust metrics.
- Lead initiatives from inception to execution across the parent journey, including onboarding, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Conduct comprehensive user research with parents and caregivers, transforming insights into actionable product direction and prioritization.
- Gain a deep understanding of caregiver needs, emotional contexts, and behavioral health decision-making processes.
- Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between product experience and user acquisition, lifecycle, and engagement strategies.
