Senior Product Manager, Benefit Administration
1. The Opportunity
Guild is making significant investments in the systems that facilitate benefit delivery to millions of working adults, and we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead and elevate this essential capability. You will oversee the benefit determination lifecycle, beginning with eligibility and extending to claims management, ensuring Guild provides accurate, efficient, and scalable benefit experiences for our employer partners and their employees. Initially, you will enhance existing eligibility and claims workflows, while concurrently shaping the long-term vision to modernize this lifecycle—simplifying processes, improving accuracy, and laying the groundwork for Guild's sustained growth. This is a pivotal role at the crossroads of technology, operations, and customer experience.
This position is remote, with occasional travel to Denver (at least quarterly) and other locations as required.
