Forbes Advisor is excited to announce a career opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to significantly impact our business formation and management platform. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and take charge of driving growth and monetization strategies across our diverse product lines.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing purchase funnels, enhancing service attach rates, and reimagining the post-purchase customer journey. You will work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product discovery, development, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and monetization strategies across various product lines, enhancing conversion rates, average order values, and package mixes across all channels and devices.
- Revamp the post-purchase experience for customers, creating engagement and monetization opportunities that add value at critical points in the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and commercial, to deliver superior product experiences from concept to launch and beyond.
- Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities in funnels, product gaps, validate hypotheses, and promote experimentation.
- Engage with sales, lifecycle management, marketing, and partnership teams to shape go-to-market strategies, inform product decisions, and validate market demand to enhance product-market fit and meet commercial objectives.
- Manage a structured product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment while remaining responsive to new insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviors, feedback, and data to uncover what drives value, regularly testing assumptions through prototyping and structured discovery.
- Monitor performance across key metrics, identifying improvement areas and fostering iterative enhancements post-launch.
- Serve as the main communication hub for your product area, ensuring transparency, managing stakeholder expectations, and aligning on common goals.
- Contribute to refining product development practices within the team, bringing expertise, structure, and a proactive approach to challenges.
