Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager, your primary mission will be to develop Enode’s Flex product, transforming flexible energy assets into a scalable, commercially viable solution that delivers significant value to our customers.
Flex is integral to Enode’s vision, enabling customers to activate, optimize, and monetize flexibility across a vast network of distributed energy resources. In this role, you will guide an early-stage product to widespread market adoption, influencing how energy companies engage with flexibility markets and how consumers can contribute to a decarbonized grid.
This position is designed for a true builder. You will navigate complex and ambiguous challenges, define the product’s value proposition, and distill regulatory, technical, and market intricacies into a coherent B2B SaaS offering that our clients can depend on for their critical operations.
You will collaborate closely with:
Engineering teams developing Flex capabilities
Other Product Managers across Connect and Experience
Commercial, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams
External customers, partners, and market operators
This team flourishes when product, engineering, and commercial functions are aligned. We prioritize clarity, rapid learning, and shared ownership, and you will be instrumental in establishing these principles for the Flex product.
