We're excited to welcome a Senior Product Manager to spearhead essential projects within our HR Technology ecosystem—ranging from assessing new solutions to leading custom builds and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance the employee experience.
This position resides within our People Success domain and reports directly to the Head of HR Technology.
This is a high-impact role for someone capable of navigating multiple domains rather than specializing in just one. You will closely collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deliver modern, intuitive tools that enhance employee experiences and improve scalability for our teams.
We are looking for a candidate with a product-oriented mindset, robust execution skills, and the ability to influence leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of strategic HR technology initiatives—including internal tools, third-party solutions, AI functionalities, and integrations with platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.
- Assess and implement innovative technologies, whether through in-house development or the integration of external solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from vision and prioritization to launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of HR technology solutions.
