About the job
At RevenueCat, we simplify the complexities of building and scaling in-app subscriptions. Emerging from Y Combinator’s S18 batch, we've established ourselves as the go-to monetization solution for mobile applications. Currently, we are integrated into over 40% of newly launched subscription apps, managing an impressive annual purchase volume exceeding $10 billion. Our platform empowers a range of users, from independent developers in Brazil to the mobile team at OpenAI, helping them optimize and enhance their revenue streams.
Our team is composed of over 120 talented individuals working remotely from 25 different countries. We are driven by core values that we actively uphold: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you're eager to have your work impact hundreds of millions of users while supporting the developers behind these applications, you'll find a perfect fit here.
The Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy and execution for RevenueCat Capital.
This is a unique 0→1 opportunity where you'll help shape the foundational aspects of Capital as we transition from a SaaS company into a fintech powerhouse. You'll play a pivotal role in launching and developing our initial fintech products while defining our long-term vision over the next 1, 5, and 10 years.
You will collaborate directly with leadership teams, work across various departments, and bring this new business line to fruition within RevenueCat.
Your Responsibilities:
Establish RevenueCat Capital from the ground up. We envision Capital growing into a significant $100M+ business over time — your task is to devise the strategy to achieve this. This role is like a startup within a startup; everything is flexible and up for definition, from the roadmap to user experience and objectives.
Engage in close collaboration with engineering, data science, finance, and go-to-market teams to successfully launch something completely new. Shipping software alone isn’t enough; achieving our ambitious goals will require robust support across the organization.
Your Profile:
You possess over 4 years of product management experience and/or relevant experience in finance. Whether you're a finance-oriented product manager or a product-savvy finance expert, your depth of experience and insights in both domains will be crucial for success.
You are data-driven. Your success hinges on data platform access, and you're proficient in SQL, Looker, Excel, or similar tools — whatever it takes to gather and analyze data effectively. You work closely with the data team, leveraging insights to inform decisions.
You have a technical background on the software side. While you may not have built and launched a mobile app personally (yet), you possess sufficient knowledge to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
