In this fully remote position, you will oversee two key teams - Social Creation and Social Management - while collaborating closely with Social Insights to enhance the customer journey across all stages of social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision for social content, guiding a multi-quarter strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Craft a unified vision and strategic roadmap for the future of social at HubSpot, collaborating within our Product Triad framework.
- Work alongside AI teams to integrate generative content creation and intelligent workflows into our social offerings.
- Stay ahead of the curve by navigating the complexities of social platform changes and emerging trends (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
- Leverage data to inform your strategy, defining key success metrics and testing assumptions in uncertain environments.
- Guide innovative product concepts from inception to launch.
