We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Accounts Payable (AP) Product Marketing Team. This team spearheads product marketing initiatives for our core accounts payable offerings, platform capabilities such as synchronization and integrations, and innovative AP solutions like 1099 tax filing and procurement.
The Product Marketing team at BILL is instrumental in launching products and expanding their impact on our customers and the business. We serve as the voice of the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle—from pre-launch discussions to post-launch evaluations. Our objective is to communicate product value effectively, differentiate ourselves from competitors, and drive customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at BILL, you will shape strategic initiatives and execute plans across the entire go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle, supporting growth in key business metrics. This role entails developing strategies and programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention while collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will represent the customer's voice in roadmap discussions, craft differentiated positioning and messaging, and orchestrate impactful GTM launches. Additionally, you will lead critical functions such as competitive analysis, market research, and customer advocacy, ensuring success in this vital role.
