Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager (L3) to redefine how CareMessage communicates the value of our products to the market. You will be responsible for developing the positioning, messaging frameworks, and executing launches for our rapidly evolving suite of products and integrations. We are looking for a professional adept at translating complex technical capabilities—such as interoperability, data intelligence, and AI-assisted workflows—into clear, engaging narratives tailored for our key customer segments, including Healthcare Networks, FQHCs, free clinics, and tribal health organizations.
This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional. You will partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure that every feature or integration is comprehensively understood, adopted, and effectively represented to diverse audiences. Your contributions will provide structure and clarity in how CareMessage showcases its innovations, fostering internal alignment and strong resonance with our customers. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and play a crucial role in developing the product marketing function as we expand.

You possess extensive experience in product marketing, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and product launches, and have a proven track record of crafting narratives that capture attention, drive adoption, and unify cross-functional teams.
Curiosity and a data-driven approach define you. You are proactive in conducting customer interviews, analyzing market signals, and exploring competitor landscapes.
