Role Overview
We are seeking our inaugural Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM), a dynamic individual eager to build, lead, and scale a crucial function that communicates our narrative to the world effectively.
As the pivotal link between Product and Go-to-Market strategies, you will transform intricate product features into clear, compelling stories that resonate with our audience. Working closely with our Go-to-Market Enablement lead, you will empower our Sales and Customer Success teams with the right messaging and the confidence to deliver it. From product roadmap to launch and adoption, you'll ensure our narrative remains consistent, engaging, and impactful.
This role is a blend of execution and strategic development. You will actively create messaging, marketing assets, and GTM strategies while laying the foundation for a scalable Product Marketing function. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to step into leadership and influence the direction of the team.

Your Contributions Will Include:
Positioning & Insights
- Develop messaging frameworks tailored to various personas, industries, and use cases.
- Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable strategies.
- Create valuable GTM tools such as battlecards and objection handling guides.
Go-to-Market & Launches
- Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches.
- Craft detailed launch briefs, narratives, assets, and playbooks.
- Ensure alignment of Sales and Customer Success readiness with our messaging and strategies.
