The Role - Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for our Advertising division. This pivotal role combines product, commercial, and branding strategies by translating our sports-powered advertising capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with brands, agencies, leagues, sportsbooks, broadcasters, and content owners.
You'll take the lead in executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Ads solutions, shaping the narrative around sports-driven ad technology, and ensuring our commercial teams are well-prepared to succeed.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Oversee Ads go-to-market initiatives and multi-channel narratives for product releases and solution launches.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Ads capabilities that bolster media execution (creative services, analytics, bidding strategies, identity solutions).
- Coordinate launches and campaigns in alignment with the global sports calendar (fixtures, major events, rights windows).
- Implement structured launch checklists, readiness assessments, and post-launch performance evaluations.
- Identify potential risks early along with clear recommendations for action.
Positioning & Messaging
- Lead efforts to differentiate our Ads offerings by:
- Integrating deeply into existing programmatic structures
- Targeting exclusive, high-value sports audiences
- Utilizing sports-based bidding and optimization tools

- Convert product strengths into targeted value propositions linked to measurable outcomes (CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, FTD).
- Weave identity, privacy-safe targeting, contextual intelligence, and predictive analytics into a unified narrative.
Thought Leadership & Category Development
- Establish Genius Sports as a thought leader in sports ad tech by crafting compelling content and insights that drive industry conversations.
- Engage with key industry stakeholders to expand brand presence and influence.
