YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be instrumental in driving the global adoption of Parloa’s AI agents within customer experience teams and contact centers. Your role will be pivotal in crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launching impactful marketing initiatives, supporting sales endeavors, developing engaging content, analyzing market data, and gaining a deep understanding of our customers and competitors. You will need to communicate with authority, enjoy both strategic and tactical tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively across various departments and time zones.
This position will focus heavily on enhancing the market presence of our AI Agent Management Platform (Parloa AMP) while differentiating Parloa in the competitive AI agent landscape and increasing global awareness of the achievements our customers are realizing with the platform. Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales team to enhance execution effectiveness by leveraging cutting-edge products and refined positioning and messaging.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead GTM initiatives for our platform: articulate the positioning and messaging for our products, coordinate product communication strategies, create marketing collateral, and execute high-impact, cross-functional product launches involving Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and more.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with the company narrative and GTM strategy, keeping all stakeholders—from prospects to partners—well-informed.
- Empower the sales teams by refining their approach to positioning our platform, conducting research on customer use cases, creating enablement materials, running training sessions, and collaborating with the Competitive Intelligence team to highlight our unique differentiators—everything necessary to sustain a 3x revenue growth.
- Elevate our market presence by generating ideas for thought leadership content, collaborating on outlines, creating and reviewing materials, and participating in webinars alongside our Content team, Evangelists, CX team, and executives.
