Your Role
Understanding and fulfilling user needs is our primary focus, and it’s the backbone of our Product teams.
Our team consists of inquisitive fact-finders.
We are builders at heart.
We innovate user-friendly, information-rich resources across our platform, collaborating closely with our Analytics teams to uncover the 'why' and craft unparalleled user experiences.
As we embark on an exciting phase of feature enhancements and developments, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to infuse our fast-paced, product-driven environment with exceptional marketing expertise.
Your entrepreneurial spirit, data-driven approach, and stakeholder-focused mindset will be crucial for success. You will play a pivotal role in integrating Product Marketing into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that marketing insights shape how we build, communicate, and deliver value to our 70+ million users. Collaborating within our Health Stream alongside Product, Medical, User Research, Growth, and Brand teams, you'll help define how users discover, understand, and engage with Flo’s features.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to amplify the user voice in product decisions, leverage data and testing to fine-tune positioning and messaging, and adeptly manage complex stakeholder relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapt between projects, and are always prepared to take action to drive results.
