The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform & Ecosystem, you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy for Superhuman's upcoming agent platform. Your role will define the positioning, launch, and scaling strategy for developers and partners. You will be an essential liaison among product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market teams, transforming technical capabilities into engaging narratives that drive adoption. This position provides a unique chance to influence a groundbreaking platform from its inception, within a collaborative and idea-driven environment that champions creativity and learning.
In this role, you will:
- Craft and implement the go-to-market strategy for our agent platform, encompassing positioning, messaging, and launch planning that resonates with developers and partners.
- Design impactful partner marketing materials and pitch decks to empower our partnership team in securing strategic ecosystem partners.
- Analyze market intelligence, conduct competitive analysis, and synthesize developer feedback to guide platform product strategy and roadmap priorities with product management leadership.
- Develop and execute developer marketing initiatives, including documentation strategy, technical content, and community engagement efforts.
- Create scalable co-marketing strategies and partner enablement resources to foster platform adoption and partner success.
- Establish and monitor platform success metrics focusing on developer adoption, partner engagement, and ecosystem health.
- Act as the voice of developers and partners within internal teams, ensuring the platform meets their needs effectively.
