What does the role entail?
NiCE is in search of a seasoned Services Program Manager with extensive experience in steering large-scale, intricate technology initiatives within the financial services sector. This position demands robust program governance expertise, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams for the successful execution of Actimize delivery programs.
You will partner with global teams to ensure that all lifecycle phases are executed flawlessly while fostering strong client relationships and upholding program governance standards.
Work Hours (Mandatory):
- EMEA Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM IST
How will you contribute?
In this capacity, you will take charge of the entire program lifecycle and serve as a vital link between clients, business units, technical teams, and GTC. Your role will ensure that programs operate efficiently, meet outlined expectations, and yield quantifiable results.
- Lead and own the full delivery lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee program execution across various workstreams while ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships at all organizational levels.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates and governance reports.
- Manage escalations and implement corrective action plans to resolution.
- Proactively identify program risks, conflicts, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with global NiCE teams to address cross-functional dependencies.
- Serve as a primary interface among business stakeholders, technical teams, and GTC.
- Ensure adherence to NiCE processes, delivery frameworks, and Code of Ethics.
