We are partnering with a prominent and rapidly growing UK manufacturer that specializes in designing and producing high-quality, custom commercial products. Due to substantial growth and impending expansion initiatives, they are seeking to welcome a Senior Project Coordinator to their dedicated Projects Team.
This is not your conventional construction Project Coordinator position; there will be no subcontractors to oversee nor installation duties to perform. Instead, you will manage the complete lifecycle of numerous supply-only projects, guaranteeing customers receive an outstanding, seamless, and professional service from the sales handover to final delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing 20–30+ live projects concurrently (with higher volumes during peak periods), each typically valued around £7–8k. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from initiation to completion after the sales team handover
- Collaborating with CAD, production scheduling, and technical teams
- Engaging closely with customers to finalize project details, colors, and layouts
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and updating all stakeholders
- Identifying potential risks, swiftly solving issues, and communicating necessary changes
- Ensuring projects are prepared for production on schedule and meet specifications
- Conducting project assessments and completing end-of-project reports
You will be part of a supportive team, reporting directly to a proactive Team Lead and receiving indirect mentoring from a highly experienced senior team member.
