As a Senior Project Manager at Vista Group, you will lead both on-premises and client-facing components of our software implementation projects. Your ability to coordinate and direct multiple teams while ensuring timely delivery is crucial. This role demands effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Employing standardized project methodologies that emphasize shareability, reusability, and continuous improvement, you will drive business efficiency, minimize project turnaround times, and leverage your established project management skills to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all internal stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle, from start to finish.
- Develop Statements of Work, manage risks, supervise change control, and collaborate with the project team to ensure project success.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects while adhering to contractual obligations and resource availability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, setting realistic expectations for objectives, requests, and project enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and status reports, clarifying task ownership and timelines.
- Prioritize requests and provide clear guidance to project delivery teams.
- Monitor time spent on projects and report on key performance indicators such as task completion rates, budgets, and rework metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, operations, and industry practices.
