In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all project aspects, actively engaging with clients, construction, and design teams to ensure successful project execution. You will be tasked with preparing clear and concise reports that outline actionable insights and recommendations.
As you manage contracts, you will foster positive relationships with both construction and design teams, working collaboratively to mitigate risks and avoid disputes. You will maintain meticulous records to respond swiftly to emerging issues and provide informed, balanced opinions based on contractual obligations.
Your role will also include mentoring less experienced team members, guiding them as they pursue professional qualifications.
