About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager within our Operations & Transformation team, you will spearhead intricate, cross-departmental projects that bolster our Customer Support initiatives. Your mission will be to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across various domains including processes, policies, data, and technology.
Your portfolio will encompass initiatives aimed at refining customer support processes, workflows, systems, tools, and overall customer experience. This highly visible role demands regular interaction with senior leadership across Operations, Product, Sales, Order Management, Services Finance, and IT.
We seek an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager capable of navigating both strategic and tactical arenas: identifying challenges, establishing success metrics, setting governance protocols, and driving projects to achieve measurable outcomes.
