YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will oversee the direction, execution, and financial performance of multiple small to medium-sized projects or one large-scale project. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers and assistant project managers to ensure outstanding results for our clients. This role also involves proactively generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Define project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in accordance with corporate policies. Clearly communicate these in concise work statements for the field.
Supervise staff in daily job administration or oversee the daily tasks of multiple Project Managers.
Train and guide Project Managers in adhering to the company’s philosophies and systems.
Negotiate and oversee the creation of all project change orders.
Maintain comprehensive logs to track project progress.
Train and supervise a Project Assistant in managing project tracking devices.
Act as a liaison with key clients and architects/engineers to facilitate construction activities.
