Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be pivotal in the planning and execution of transportation engineering initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing daily project operations, coordinating staff efforts, overseeing budgets, and maintaining project schedules. Your leadership and technical skills will guarantee that our clients receive exceptional, cost-efficient solutions, a standard that ms consultants has upheld for over 50 years. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management: Oversee daily transportation project activities, including staff coordination, budget management, and timeline supervision.
Roadway Design: Supervise the creation and drafting of roadway plans for both highway and local road projects.
Quality Control: Direct quality assurance processes and conduct internal technical reviews to ensure all plans adhere to the highest standards.
Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Client Engagement: Participate in client presentations, showcasing your technical expertise and cultivating robust, lasting relationships.
