Key Responsibilities
Direct multiple utility infrastructure projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coach engineers and project managers, offering technical insight and career development support.
Manage proposals, contracts, fee justifications, and budget estimations.
Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, subconsultants, and internal teams.
Act as the firm’s representative in client meetings, public hearings, and presentations.
Ensure quality assurance and quality control compliance for all project outputs and documentation.
Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and track financial performance.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
Over 10 years of diverse experience in utility infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated success in managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

Proven capability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.
