Key Responsibilities: As the Senior Publications Manager, your core responsibilities will include: Leading the creation, upkeep, and execution of global publication plans for designated immunology assets, ensuring alignment with Global Medical Affairs objectives and product lifecycle milestones.Acting as the operational owner for publication execution, overseeing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.Managing the comprehensive development of scientific publications, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations, from inception through submission and publication.Providing guidance and oversight to both internal and external medical writers and publication vendors, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet scientific, editorial, and compliance standards.Ensuring all publication activities comply with ICMJE authorship criteria, GPP guidelines, journal and congress requirements, and internal SOPs.Coordinating author engagement, review cycles, and approvals with investigators, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.Collaborating with Global, Regional, and Country Medical Affairs teams to support regional publication execution and alignment with the global plan, as necessary.Managing publication budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.

Overview of the Role:
The Senior Manager of Publications in Immunology will spearhead the strategic planning, operational oversight, and implementation of global medical publications pertaining to immunology assets, including rocatinlimab. This position closely collaborates with the Global Medical Affairs Product Head and Global Head of Publications, ensuring the punctual, compliant, and high-quality dissemination of scientific data throughout the product lifecycle.
The Publications Manager will be the operational lead for global publication planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams, external authors, and vendor partners to produce manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations that align with global medical strategies, publication standards, and compliance mandates.
