About the job
Join Verto: Pioneers in Global Finance
At Verto, we are dedicated to revolutionizing global finance and empowering businesses in Emerging Markets to thrive on the world stage. Founded by visionary British-Nigerian entrepreneurs Ola Oyetayo and Anthony Oduu, our African roots give us unique insights into the challenges businesses encounter with cross-border payments, such as illiquid currencies, exorbitant fees, and sluggish transaction times. This understanding fuels our commitment to bridging the divide between emerging and developed markets, thereby fostering global economic growth.
What began as a foreign exchange solution for the Nigerian Naira has transformed into a leading platform that facilitates the seamless transfer of billions of dollars for thousands of businesses each year. We believe that the geographical location of your business should not dictate your success or growth potential. Our mission is to provide equal access to payment and liquidity solutions that are standard in developed markets.
We're not alone in recognizing this vital need; we are supported by prestigious investors including Y-Combinator, Quona, and MEVP. With accolades such as the Milken-Motsepe Prize and recognition on CNBC's list of fastest-growing UK companies, the Deloitte Fast 50, and Sifted’s fastest-growing UK tech companies, we are on a path to create a seamless future for cross-border payments.
Join us as we continue to expand and transform the landscape of global finance.
