What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conduct comprehensive manual testing across various client e-commerce platforms (Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet), ensuring a flawless customer journey from initial discovery to checkout.
- Work in close partnership with frontend developers and project teams to fully grasp client needs and devise customized testing strategies for each project implementation.
- Maintain and elevate the quality across diverse client projects, guaranteeing consistent excellence and superior user experiences.
- Manage and prioritize bug reports and tickets from clients, internal teams, and end-users, emphasizing their business impact and project deadlines.
- Play a key role in the development and enhancement of SCAYLE Agency's testing framework and automation strategy across various client projects.
- Serve as a quality champion within cross-functional teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple client engagements.
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple client projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Support comprehensive testing strategies that span the entire technology stack, understanding the connections between frontend integrations and SCAYLE's backend systems and third-party services.
- Adapt testing methodologies to meet diverse client specifications, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.
