Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will uphold Quality Management Systems with a strong emphasis on change management for products and will review product documentation to assure compliance with established specifications. Key responsibilities will include adhering to site production protocols, overseeing the entire production process for quality and efficiency, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in quality assurance initiatives by implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems focused on product change management.
- Review and verify product-related documents ensuring all specifications and requirements are adhered to throughout the production cycle.
- Follow the production guidelines established by the Zhuhai Site factory to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the complete production process to ensure quality and efficiency at every juncture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle quality issues and execute corrective measures.
- Preferably possess project management experience in the pharmaceutical, supplement, or food sectors.
