Position Overview
The Senior RAN Manager / MNO-Americas will lead the acceptance execution for operator-side RAN across lab and field environments throughout the Americas. This role is crucial in validating standardized probe packs, acceptance criteria, persistence thresholds, CIQ integrity, and service-level objectives (SLOs) to support pre-launch and beta activation milestones.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing operator test cycles, diagnosing defects, validating KPIs, aligning results with OSS/NOC workflows, and publishing readiness artifacts that facilitate market acceptance while minimizing post-launch rework.
As the regional RAN acceptance lead for the Americas, this position drives coordinated efforts among operators, vendors, and internal engineering teams. The Senior RAN Manager oversees vendor and MNO test activities, governs BPMS workflows, and manages activation sequencing in collaboration with NOC and scheduling teams to ensure timely acceptance sign-offs. By enforcing CIQ integrity, persistence validation, and adherence to SLOs, the manager plays a key role in the successful deployment of our innovative technology.
