About This Role:
We are looking for a passionate and versatile Senior Generalist Recruiter to facilitate hiring across diverse business functions in Tel Aviv, Israel. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical teams, closely collaborating with hiring leaders to attract exceptional talent in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in recruitment within the Israeli market, excel in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate outstanding skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.
This is an on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office, requiring attendance five days a week.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, aligning on job requirements, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a premier candidate experience.
Cultivate and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, community engagement, and thorough local market mapping.
Conduct interviews, offer timely feedback, and manage compensation negotiations aligned with the Israeli market.
Design and refine interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows.
Provide insights into local salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends.
Maintain precise recruiting data, documentation, and insights within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Your Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and business roles within Israel.
Extensive expertise in sourcing passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, local tech communities, and employee referrals.
Previous experience in rapidly growing startups or scale-up environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
