Your Mission:
As a Senior Recruiter at Elesta, your primary focus will be to enhance our recruitment processes while ensuring a premium candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to offer acceptance
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers
- Recruit across various levels and functions, including operations and niche positions
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify top-tier candidates
- Establish and nurture long-term talent pipelines
- Lead complex senior-level hiring independently
- Uphold a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- Enhance recruitment processes and tools
- Contribute to discussions on employer branding and hiring strategies
