Position Overview
ExtraHop is looking for a dynamic, strategic Senior Recruiter to significantly contribute to the growth and enhancement of our Talent Acquisition capabilities. This role will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, executives, senior leaders, and hiring managers across diverse business areas, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations, to attract and secure exceptional talent in a fast-paced cybersecurity landscape.
This is not a conventional recruiting position. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring strategies, creating robust talent pipelines, and establishing efficient recruiting processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate embraces ambiguity, takes initiative, and combines strategic insight with tactical execution to achieve remarkable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
- Work in partnership with HRBP to comprehend business goals and recruitment requirements.
- Serve as a strategic consultant on talent market dynamics, competitive insights, and hiring methodologies, leveraging data to challenge assumptions and refine search tactics.
- Convert business needs into customized recruitment strategies that harmonize speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Deliver proactive insights on the talent market to guide hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Comprehensive Recruitment
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for various roles across multiple departments.
