We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to drive hiring efforts across our EMEA go-to-market teams during a dynamic growth phase. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders from enterprise and public sector teams to attract and onboard exceptional talent that is instrumental in fostering trust within the blockchain ecosystem.

Contract Details
Fixed term contract (6 months)
Hybrid work model – 1 day per week in our London office
Immediate impact in supporting high-priority GTM hiring across EMEA
Your Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across EMEA, encompassing enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing positions.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent from the SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets.
Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders to establish hiring strategies and identify suitable profiles for their teams.
Oversee candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring a high-touch and transparent candidate experience.
Provide valuable market insights and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner.
Maintain a robust pipeline of diverse talent across various geographies.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and enhance recruiting processes.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly for quota-carrying roles.
Experience in recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology sectors.
