Your Mission:
As a Senior Recruiter at Elesta, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance recruitment processes while ensuring a high standard for talent and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
- Recruit for a broad spectrum of roles (operations, corporate, support, senior positions, and specialized roles)
- Proactively source elite candidates utilizing advanced sourcing methods
- Develop and sustain long-term talent pipelines
- Independently lead complex and senior-level recruitment processes
- Guarantee a consistently outstanding candidate experience
- Refine and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
- Contribute to employer branding and strategic hiring discussions
