The Role:
We are in search of a Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our ITSM Permanent desk within Technology & Operations. You will collaborate with one of our top contract billers, who generates over £1 million, providing you with a wealth of active opportunities to engage with.
This position is perfect for individuals with substantial permanent billing experience, eager to take charge, expand their desk, and drive results from day one. With robust support systems and a competitive commission structure of 33-40%, this is your chance to excel within a high-performing, scalable environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, offering insights into the market, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
- Business Development: Discover and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Candidate Attraction: Identify and engage top-tier candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and your professional network.
- Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial job brief to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Offer & Negotiation: Assist clients and candidates in negotiating terms and securing the best offers for candidates.
- Compliance & CRM: Maintain precise records in Bullhorn while ensuring compliance with GDPR, employment laws, and internal standards.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and share insights to fulfill client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and enhance service delivery.
