Shift4 is expanding its Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) solutions into the US market, following its successful operations in Asia and Europe through the acquisition of Global Blue. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to enhance customer engagement and lead training efforts for DCC implementation among our US merchant base.
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position requiring 2-3 days of travel weekly to client locations and 1-2 days dedicated to administrative tasks from home or the office.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Advance revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with merchant accounts and providing training on DCC and MCP services.
- Collaborate with the global DCC team to devise online and self-service strategies that promote DCC acceptance.
- Monitor and assess merchant training progress via Salesforce, delivering timely updates on objectives and revenue.
- Enhance revenue through targeted support and data-driven strategies, aligning solutions with merchant objectives and needs.
- Explore opportunities to increase Hit Rate through incentives and merchant events.
- Organize and implement merchant events to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Establish and enforce Merchant Incentive Targets as necessary, tracking effectiveness and outcomes.
