About The Role
EliseAI is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to take charge of the complete renewal process: from forecasting and negotiation to process design and discovery of expansion opportunities. Your efforts will be instrumental in securing multi-year revenue and identifying new ARR that might otherwise be overlooked.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to manage renewals from initial outreach through negotiation to successful closure.
Oversee a substantial portfolio of clients, consistently surpassing retention and multi-year renewal goals while exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely renewals, uphold contract value, and unlock growth potential.
Maintain a proactive 90-day forecast for gross renewal rates, net revenue retention, and risk exposure, providing leadership with real-time visibility into the pipeline.
Act as the customer advocate within product teams, providing insights that influence roadmap decisions based on feedback regarding new features and unmet needs.
Collaborate with GTM Strategy to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
