Position Overview
At Kodex, revenue generation transcends mere sales; it’s a strategic science. We are on the lookout for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to craft the architecture of our go-to-market strategy. This pivotal role will bridge our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service functions, ensuring seamless data flow, tech stack integration, and insightful analytics for our teams to excel.

Core Responsibilities
Ownership of Tech Stack: Manage and enhance our key pipeline management via HubSpot and other integrated tools. Ensure seamless communication between systems.
Process Improvement: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Assess lead routing efficiency and improve the transition from Sales to Customer Success.
Data Quality & Analytics: Collaborate with our Data Team to ensure data integrity. Assist in creating dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, Churn, Pipeline Velocity) to provide leadership with a reliable
