About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Strategy & Planning Analyst to become a crucial contributor within our Revenue Operations team. This role will concentrate on essential planning and forecasting workflows that underpin our go-to-market engine across Sales and Customer Success, encompassing compensation modeling, quota setting, capacity planning, and support for forecasting methodologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with Sales leadership, Finance, and Revenue Operations leaders to critically evaluate performance assumptions, set booking targets, and align our sales capacity and compensation designs with the company's growth objectives. This highly visible and impactful position is central to how we strategize, assess, and operationalize our revenue goals.
Strategic Planning & Forecast Methodology
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership to define annual and quarterly booking targets across various segments and roles.
- Assist in designing forecast methodologies, while rigorously testing bottom-up and top-down assumptions through scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
- Identify potential gaps or risks in revenue plans and proactively present recommendations for corrective measures.
Compensation & Quota Modeling
- Support the development of Sales and Customer Success compensation frameworks, including earnings curves, plan structures, SPIFF logic, and modeling for OTE versus attainment.
- Create quota frameworks aligned to booking targets and sales capacity, segmented by role, geography, and market segment.
