Your Mission
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead revenue growth by developing and implementing a tailored Go-To-Market strategy for our Enterprise clients across the IBERIA region. While you will lead a dedicated sales team, your leadership will also be instrumental in aligning this strategy with UiPath's core Go-To-Market functions and the partner ecosystem in the area.

Design and implement a Go-To-Market strategy for your team and portfolio that supports sustainable sales growth in alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead a direct sales team focused on Strategic Account Development to drive impactful transformations for our largest enterprise clients in the region.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with our ecosystem of Global System Integrators, Focus Partners, Technology, and Academic alliances to enhance customer outcomes through expertise, innovation, and capacity building.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on measurable talent development, inclusivity, wellbeing, enjoyment, and the embodiment of UiPath values in all interactions.
Stay ahead of rapid advancements in AI and Automation, ensuring UiPath leads thought leadership to address our clients' crucial business challenges.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with account sponsors to monitor progress on priorities and objectives, while establishing reference accounts.
Promote a psychologically safe environment for your team based on the principles of servant leadership.
