General Summary:
The Senior Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality product demonstrations and acts as a primary technical resource and advisor for sales executives and potential partners. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, this position drives the technology evaluation phase of the sales process, enhancing revenue through consultation and tailored product recommendations that facilitate successful implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide meticulous support to the Sales team(s).
- Conduct research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
- Offer coaching, review, and delegation of tasks to junior team members.
- Deliver expert technical training to clients while relaying customer insights for future product enhancements.
- Articulate both technical and functional advantages of our product suite to prospective clients.
- Exhibit exceptional technical knowledge and creativity in crafting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Identify and propose technical solutions to align product offerings with the complex needs of partners.
- Conduct proof of concepts with prospects, illustrating both technical and business value.
